`Before the Court is the Corrected Joint Motion to Extend the Time for Charter to File Its
`
`Bill of Costs (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff Touchstream Technologies, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) and
`
`Defendants Charter Communications, Inc., Charter Communications Operating, LLC, Spectrum
`
`Management Holding Company, LLC, Time Warner Cable Enterprises, LLC, Spectrum Gulf
`
`Coast, LLC, Charter Communications, LLC (collectively, “Defendants” and with Plaintiff, the
`
`“Parties”). (Dkt. No. 394.) In the Motion, the Parties request a thirty (30) day extension of time
`
`from March 26, 2025 to April 25, 2025 to file a bill of costs. (Id. at 1.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its joint nature, the Court finds that it should be
`
`and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the deadline for Defendants to file
`
`its bill of costs is extended up to and including April 25, 2025.
