`Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i).
`
`(Dkt. No. 6). Defendant has not served either an answer or a motion for summary judgment on
`
`Plaintiff. Plaintiff requests that all attorneys’ fees, costs of court, and expenses be borne by each
`
`party incurring the same and that all relief not previously granted be denied.
