`Mundra Solar PV Limited d/b/a Adani Solar USA (“Plaintiff”) and

`Sunfinity Renewable Energy, LLC, John B.Billingsley, Jr., and Joseph M.

`Kiwak (“Defendants;” together with Plaintiff,

`the “Parties”) request the
`
`Judge dismissall Plaintiff's claims and causes of action against Defendants,
`
`with prejudice to the re-filing of same. The Judge finds that the Parties’
`
`request Is well-taken.
`In so ruling, the Judge concludes that there is no
`reason for delayin entering this final Orderof Dismissal with prejudice as to
`all Plaintiffs claims and causesofaction asserted in this suit.
`Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
`1.
`All of Plaintiff's claims and causes of action against Defendants
`are dismissed with prejudice to the re-filing of same.
`2.
`All costs are taxed against the Party incurring same, and the
`Parties shall bear the costof their ownattorneys’ fees and expenses.
