`RENE VELA, INDIVIDUALLY AND DBA VF SALES & EQUIPMENT

`to attach the said defendant and immediately bring jnstanter before the Honorable Ken Tapscott, Judge of
`County Court at Law No. 4 600 Commerce Street, 5th Floor, Dallas Texas.
`
`IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Clerk of this Court issue a
`Writ of Attachment, directing to the constable, sheriff or any peace officer to take the body of
`Rene Vela, Individually and DBA VF Sales & Equipment and hold him in the Dallas County jail and/or any
`other county jail in the state of Texas until he can appear before this Court to answer the allegations of
`Equipment Depot's Motion for Contempt and for Sanctions previously served on Rene Vela, Individually and
`DBA VF Sales & Equipment.
`
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the detaining authority shall notify
`the Court of Rene Vela, Individually and dba VF Sales & Equipment's arrest immediately following the arrest.
`
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Rene Vela, Individually and DBA
`VF Sales & Equipment shall be permitted to post a cash bond in the amount of $500.00, such sum to be
`deposited in the registry of this Court, or an appearance bond in the amount of $500.00, subject to forfeiture in
`accordance with law, if Rene Vela, Individually and DBA VF Sales & Equipment fails to appear for hearing on
`the court date following release from custody. If Rene Vela, Individually and DBA VF Sales & Equipment
`posts bond, IT IS ORDERED that the detaining authority contact the Court before Rene Vela, Individually and
`DBA VF Sales & Equipment's release to determine the date and time of the hearing and include such
`information in the bond conditions.
