`date of Decedent’s death. At the time of his death, Decedent resided in Grand Prairie, Dallas
`
`County, Texas.

`“Decedent was domiciled and had a fixed place of residence in this County at the
`
`date of death.

`“The document dated May 6, 2021, now shown to me and which purports to be

`Decedent’s Will was never revoked to the best of my knowledge. The Will names KATIE

`LOUISE MCDANIELtoserve as Independent Executor.

`“No necessity exists for the administration of this Estate.
`"No child or children were born to or adopted by Decedentafter the date of the

`Will. Decedent was never divorced after the date of the Will.
