`Tamara Spray a/k/a Tammy Spray (“Applicant”) furnishes the following information to the
`
`Court for the probate of the holographic Will of Myron Troy Houck (‘“Decedent”’), and for issuance
`
`of Letters Testamentary to Applicant:
`
`1.
`
`Applicant’s domicile and residence address is 2100 Santa Fee, #803, Wichita Falls,
`
`Texas 76309. The last three numbers of Applicant’s driver’s license number are 929, The last three
`
`numbers of Applicant’s Social Security Number are 662.
`
`2.
`
`Decedentdied on June 11, 2024, in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at the age of 55
`
`years. The last three numbers of Decedent’s driver’s license number are 466. The last three
`
`numbers of Decedent’s Social Security Numberare 886.
`

`
`This Court has jurisdiction and venue because Decedent was domiciled in and had
`
`a fixed place of residence in Dallas County at the date of death.
`
`4.
`
`Decedent owned personal and/or real property having a probable value of over
`
`$1,000.00.
`
`5.
`
`Decedent left a holographic Will (“Will”) dated April 3, 2013, which was never
`
`revoked and whichis filed with this Application.
`

`EXECUTOR WITHOUT BOND, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND GRANTING POWER OF

`The entire Will, which was signed by the Decedent,
`
`is in the handwriting of
`
`Decedent and the Decedent intended the documentserve as his Will as it showed his testamentary
`
`disposition and nature.
`

`The Will does not have subscribing witnesses.
`
`The Will was not made self-proved in the manner prescribed by law.
`
`Decedent was not married at the time of his death and had nochildren,living or
`
`deceased and no child or children were born to or adopted by Decedent after making the Will.
`

`The Will does not name the State, any governmental agency of the State, or any
`
`charitable organization as a devisee.
`
`11.
`
`The Will names Applicant to serve as Executor. Applicant is not disqualified by
`
`law from accepting Letters Testamentary and is entitled to receive such Letters.
`

`Pursuant to Section 401.005 of the Texas Estates Code if the Decedent’s Will
`
`doesn’t provide for waiver of bond, then all distributees may agree to waive bond. The sole
`
`devisee, Belinda Palisor, shall request that the requirement for bond be waived by separate
`
`documententitled Waiver of Citation, Waiver of Bond, Consent to Appointment of Independent
`
`Executor and Granting PowerofSale to be filed, shall request independent administration.
`

`It is represented to the Court that it 1s not necessary that appraisers be appointed.
`
`Pursuant to Section 401.002 of the Texas Estates Code, if the Decedent’s Will
`
`names an executor but the Will doesn’t provide for independent administration, the distributees
`
`may, in the application for probate of the Decedent’s Will, agree to have the Executor named in
`
`the Will to serve as Independent Executor and require no other action shall be had in the probate
`
`court in relation to the settlement of the Decedent’s estate other than probating and recording of
`
`the Decedent’s Will and return of an inventory, appraisement andlist of claims of the Decedent’s
`
`estate. The sole devisee, Belinda Palisor, is by separate documententitled Waiver of Citation,
`
`Waiver of Bond, Consent to Appointment of Independent Executor and Granting PowerofSale to
`
`APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF HOLOGRAPHIC WILL, APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT
`EXECUTOR WITHOUT BOND, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND GRANTING POWER OF

`be filed, shall request independent administration and appoint Applicant as Independent Executor
`
`of Decedent’s estate, without bond and will request no other action shall be had in the probate
`
`court in relation to the settlement of Decedent’s estate other than probating and recording of the
`
`Decedent’s Will and return of an Inventory, Appraisementand List of Claims or Affidavit in Lieu
`
`of Inventory of the Decedent’s estate.
`

`It is represented to the Court that there is a need for administration and Applicant
`
`wishes to serve independently from court supervision as provided by Chapter 401 and Section
`
`402.001 of the Texas Estates Code.
`
`16.

`The sole devisee/distributee who is to receive an interest in the real property,
`
`Belinda Palisor, will consent to the grant of the power to the sale by the Independent Executor as
`
`set forth in a separate document entitled Waiver of Citation, Waiver of Bond, Consent to
`
`Appointmentof Independent Executor and Granting Powerof Sale pursuant to Texas Estates Code
`
`§401.008.
`
`WHEREFORE, Applicant prays that citation issue as required by law to all persons
`
`interested in this Estate; that the Will be admitted to probate; that Applicant be granted the right to
`
`administer the estate separately and free from court supervision and without bond and with the
`
`powerofsale; that Letters Testamentary be issued to Applicant; andthat all other orders be entered
`
`as the Court may deem proper.
