`TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
`
`VICTOR W. VERBLE, SR. (a/k/a VICTOR WILLIAM VERBLE) (“Applicant”)
`
`furnishes the following information to the Court for the probate of the written Will of LINDA
`
`TENNEY VERBLE (“Decedent”), as a Muniment of Title only:
`
`1.
`
`Applicant’s domicile and residence address is 2005 Rolling Oak Lane, Garland,
`
`Texas 75044.
`
`2.
`
`Decedent died on September 6, 2015, in Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas, at the age
`
`of seventy-seven (77) years.
`
`3.
`
`This Court has jurisdiction and venue because Decedent was domiciled in and had
`
`a fixed place of residence in Dallas County at the date of death.
`
`4.
`
`5.
`
`Decedent owned personal property with a probable value of less than $10,000.00.
`
`Decedent left a valid written Will (“Will”) dated 14th day of December 1991,
`
`which was never revoked and a copy of which is filed with this Application. The Will names
`
`JOHN WILLIAM VERBLE JR., who predeceased Decedent September 5, 2011. The Will names
`
`Applicant as the Successor Independent Executor to serve without bond.
`
`6.
`
`The Will was witnessed by RAYMOND B. BAKER and MARY ELAINE
`
`BAKER. The Will was made self-proved in the manner prescribed by law.
`
`7.
`
`8.
`
`No child or children were born to, or adopted by, Decedent after making the Will.
`
`No marriage of the Decedent was ever dissolved after the Will was made.
`

`The Will does not name the State, any governmental agency of the State, or any
`
`charitable organization as a devisee.
`
`10.
`
`There are no unpaid debts owing by Decedent which are not secured by liens
`
`upon real estate and there is no necessity for any administration of this estate.
`
`11.
`
`The Decedent did not apply for and receive Medicaid benefits on or after March
`
`1, 2005.
`
`WHEREFORE, Applicant prays that citation issue as required by law to all persons
`
`interested in this Estate; that the Will be admitted to probate as a Muniment of Title only; that the
`
`Court waive the requirement of Section 257.103 of the Texas Estates Code requiring the filing of
`
`a sworn affidavit by Applicant on or before 181 days from the date the Will is admitted to
`
`probate, concerning the fulfillment of the terms of said Will; and that all other orders be entered
`
`as the Court may deem proper.
