`Starr, Hidalgo, Willacy, and Cameron
`It is necessary for Petitioner to operate a vehicle for more than four hours in a

`twenty—fout—hour period, therefore, Petitioner requests the Court to grant a waiver of the four hour
`operafing period restriction of §421 248(1)) of the Texas Transportation Code.
`WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Petitioner prays that he be granted the
`privilege to drive a motor vehicle to perform Petitioner’s occupation or trade; for transportation to
`and from where Petitioner practices an occupation or trade; for transportation to and from an
`educational facility in which Petitioner is enrolled; and to perform duties
`essential to the
`maintenance of a family household, under such restrictions as the Court may determine.
