`subject to the signed approval of the Judge. Violation of any part of this Collection Agreeaent is a violation
`of the defendant's probation and is cause for iaaediate cancellation and could subject the defendant to arrest.

`I acknowledge and understand as a result of ex failure to pay fines and court costs in full,
`Chapter 706 of the Texas Transportation code,
`the Texas Department of Public Safety will deny renewal of my
`driver's license until my court ordered fines & costs are paid in full and the Montgomery County Collections
`Department clears the case(s) from the Texas Department of Public 5afety's database.
`In the event renewal of
`my driver's license is denied I will be prohibited from operating a motor vehicle. There is an additional fee
`of $30.00 due for each court ordered case submitted to TDPS.
`An offense will be cleared from the database
`within three (3) business days from-the date payment is secured.
