`ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO STAY IN PART
`
`Before the Court is Plaintiff Ancora Technologies, Inc.’s (“Ancora”) and Defendants
`
`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.’s and Samsung Electronics America, Inc.’s (“the Samsung
`
`Defendants”) Joint Motion to Stay in Part Ancora’s claims for relief against the Samsung
`
`Defendants and the Samsung Defendants’ counterclaims for relief against Ancora for a period of
`
`45 days to allow the parties to complete certain prerequisites to dismissal.
`
`After considering the Motion, and for good cause shown, the Court concludes that the
`
`Joint Motion to Stay in Part (D.I. 203) should be GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, Ancora’s claims for relief against the Samsung Defendants and the
`
`Samsung Defendants’ counterclaims for relief against Ancora are hereby STAYED until
`
`Monday, May 17, 2021. Ancora’s claims for relief against LG Electronics Inc. and LG
`
`
`

`Electronics U.S.A., Inc. and any counterclaims being asserted by either such entity remain in
`
`dispute and shall continue.
