`hereby agree to extend the time for TikTok Inc. to answer or otherwise respond to 10Tales, Inc.’s

`Complaint by ten (10) days (i.e., up to and including November 19, 2020).

`This request for an additional ten days beyond the previously ordered forty-five (45) days

`are necessary and for good cause for TikTok Inc. to obtain the facts necessary to respond to the

`Complaint. This Motion is not made for delay, but only to permit orderly resolution of issues in

`the case.
