`MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO RESPOND TO AMENDED COMPLAINT

`Pursuant to Local Rule CV-7(d), Defendant TikTok Inc. hereby moves to extend the time
`
`for TikTok Inc. to answer or otherwise respond to 10Tales, Inc.’s Amended Complaint by 30
`
`days (i.e., up to and including January 27, 2021).
`
`This request for an additional 30 days is necessary and for good cause in view of the
`
`upcoming holidays, and given the need for additional investigation by TikTok Inc. with respect
`
`to the new allegations in the Amended Complaint. This Motion is not made for delay, but only
`
`to permit orderly resolution of issues in the case.
`
`Plaintiff does not oppose this motion.
