`JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
`TO FILE JOINT SCHEDULING ORDER
`
`The parties have met and conferred and are making progress in preparing a joint scheduling
`
`order. Based on the meet and confer that occurred today, January 4, 2021, the parties believe that
`
`a brief extension will result in an expanded scope of agreed dates. As a result, the parties jointly
`
`request an extension until January 8,, 2021 to file proposed dates for a scheduling order. This
`
`Motion is not made for delay, but only to permit orderly resolution of issues in scheduling.
