`The parties have met and conferred and are making progress in preparing a Joint

`Scheduling Order. The parties previously requested an extension of time to file the Joint
`
`Scheduling Order to January 8, 2021, which order was granted by the Court via text order dated
`
`January 7, 2021. The parties have met and conferred and are continuing to make progress in
`
`preparing a Joint Scheduling Order, however, are requesting another brief extension that will result
`
`in an expanded scope of agreed dates. The parties jointly request an additional exension until
`
`January 13, 2021. This Motion is not made for delay, but only to permit orderly resolution of
`
`issues in scheduling.
