`
`JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
`
`JOINT NOTICE REGARDING CHANGE TO DEADLINES
`
`In accordance with the Court’s March 7, 2022 Amended Standing Order Regarding Joint
`
`or Unopposed Requests to Change Deadlines, Plaintiff Flypsi, Inc. (d/b/a Flyp) and Defendant
`
`Dialpad, Inc. submit this joint notice regarding the parties’ agreement to extend the deadline to
`
`submit a technology tutorial to the Court up to and including March 18, 2022. In support of this
`
`Joint Notice, the parties state that on March 3, 2022 the Court entered an order resetting the
`
`Markman hearing for this matter to March 30, 2022. Dkt. No. 43. The parties seek to amend the
`
`deadline to submit their respective technology tutorials to the Court approximately 10 days from
`
`the new Markman setting, consistent with the Court’s Order Governing Proceedings version 4.0.
`
`This amendment does not change the date of any hearing, trial, or other Court date. Nor does it
`
`extend any deadline of a final submission that affects the Court’s ability to hold a scheduled
`
`hearing, trial, or Court event.
`
`The Parties hereby provide the following amendment to the First Amended Scheduling
`
`Order (Dkt. No. 29):
