`AUSTIN, Texas — Apple's northwest Austin campus is reportedly going to get even bigger.
`
`According to a report from Austonia , Apple recently filed new documents with the Texas
`
`Department of Licensing and Regulation for three additional structures estimated to total $279
`
`million. The new buildings are expected to be completed by February 2025.
`
`Apple first announced the campus near Parmer Lane in December 2018. It is expected to be
`
`three million square feet with 12 office and amenity buildings, parking garages and other
`
`facilities, according to Austonia.
`

`The reported additional structures include two multi-story buildings and a parking garage with
`
`enough room for 3,500 cars.

`According to Austonia , Apple has said the initial phase of its campus could welcome 5,000
`
`employees and might even reach 15,000 by the time it's completed.

`AUSTIN, Texas — As housing costs soar in Austin, a cooperative housing developer and coach
`
`for the City of Austin say that interest in cooperative housing is increasing.
`
`Cooperative housing is where several residents live together collaboratively, sharing rent and

`other resources.
