` Plaintiff Flypsi, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) hereby moves the Court for an order withdrawing
`
`Marisa Thompson as counsel for Plaintiff. This motion is based on good cause. Marisa
`
`Thompson left the firm of Winston & Strawn LLP. All other attorneys at Winston & Strawn
`
`LLP will continue as counsel of record for Plaintiff.
`
`Defendant, Google LLC, has no objection to this withdrawal of counsel and will not be
`
`harmed by this withdrawal.
