`Pursuant to the Court’s Amended Standing Order Regarding Joint or Unopposed Request

`to Change Deadlines dated March 7, 2022, Defendant Google LLC files this notice regarding a

`second unopposed extension of time to answer or otherwise respond to the Original Complaint for
`
`Patent Infringement (the “Complaint”) filed on January 10, 2022.
`
`Defendant Google LLC’s deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is
`
`currently March 21, 2022. With a 21-day extension, the deadline for Google to answer or
`
`otherwise respond falls on April 11, 2022. This requested extension is not sought for delay, and
`
`does not change the date for any hearing, trial, other Court date, or any final submission that affects
`
`the Court’s ability to hold a scheduled hearing, trial or other Court event.
`
`Counsel for Defendant Google LLC conferred with counsel for Plaintiff and confirmed that
`
`Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief.
