`
`
`
`On February 9, 2024, this Court held a hearing regarding Flyp’s February 8, 2024 request
`
`to reconsider Defendant’s Motion in Limine No. 3 that included discussion of Google’s sensitive,
`
`confidential information, including information designated CONFIDENTIAL - OUTSIDE
`
`ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY under the terms of the Protective Order entered in this case. (Dkt.
`
`98 at 7). The requested redactions relate to highly confidential, sensitive information or deposition
`
`testimony that relates to or has been previously designated as such under the Protective Order.
`
`Google’s interest in protecting this sensitive, confidential information—and the minimal
`
`relevance, if any, of that information to the issues at stake in this litigation—outweighs any public
`
`interest in the disclosure of this information.
`
`THEREFORE, Google respectfully requests that the Court grant its Motion and authorize
`
`the requested redactions to the transcript from the February 9, 2024 hearing in accordance with
`
`Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2.
