`Defendant Google LLC hereby moves the Court for an order withdrawing Alex Rhim as

`counsel for Defendant. This motion is based on good cause. Alex Rhim has left the firm of Paul

`Hastings LLP. Paul Hastings LLP and Scott, Douglass & McConnico, LLP will remain as counsel
`
`of record for Defendant.
`
`Plaintiff Flypsi Inc., has no objection to this withdrawal of counsel and will not be harmed
`
`by this withdrawal.
