`JOINT MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER

`Plaintiff Flypsi, Inc. (“Flyp”) and Defendant Google LLC (“Google”) file this Joint Motion
`
`for Entry of an Amended Scheduling Order.
`
`Based on the Court’s default schedule, the original Markman hearing in this case was set
`
`for October 12, 2022. (Dkt. 40). On September 16, 2022, the Court reset the Markman hearing in
`
`this case for November 18, 2022. (Dkt. 54). On November 15, 2022, the Court reset the Markman
`
`hearing in this case for November 22, 2022. (Dkt. 71). The parties have met-and-conferred via
`
`telephone and email and jointly propose that the post-Markman dates be similarly extended by five
`
`(5) weeks to provide the parties with the default deadlines after the new Markman hearing date to
`
`conduct fact and expert discovery, file dispositive motions, and prepare for trial. Good cause exists
`
`for this proposed extension because (1) this is the first request by either party to extend any of the
`
`post-Markman dates, (2) neither party will be prejudiced by the extension and indeed the parties
`

`agree, and (3) the extension will provide the parties with the default deadlines after the Markman
`
`hearing.

`Accordingly, the Parties jointly request that the Court enter the attached Amended

`Scheduling Order.
