`The parties having submitted their respective discovery dispute positions on January 26,
`
`2023, and the Court having heard argument on the issues raised on January 31, 2023, the Court
`
`ORDERS that Google shall complete its production of relevant technical documents responsive
`
`to RFPs 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 by no later than February 28, 2023. The Court further ORDERS the
`
`parties to file a joint motion for entry of a scheduling order after Google completes production of
`
`the relevant technical documents or on March 1, 2023, whichever occurs earlier. Final
`
`infringement and invalidity contentions shall be due three weeks after Google completes
`
`production.
