`This matter came before the Court upon the Joint Motion to Dismiss The Remaining
`
`Defendants filed by Plaintiff Textile Computer Systems, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) and the remaining
`
`defendants in this action (Regions Bank; Capital One, National Association; JPMorgan Chase
`
`Bank N.A.; and Citibank, N. A.) (collectively, the “Remaining Defendants”). Pursuant to Rule
`
`41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby: ORDERED that all claims asserted by
`
`Textile against the Remaining Defendants in this action that are licensed under a third party
`
`agreement are hereby dismissed with prejudice. It is further ORDERED that all other claims
`
`(if any) asserted by Textile against the Remaining Defendants in this action, and all of the
`
`Remaining Defendants’ claims, defenses, or counterclaims for relief against Textile are hereby
`
`dismissed without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that Textile and the Remaining
`
`Defendants shall bear their own costs, expenses and legal fees in this case.
`
