`Before the Court is Petitioner’s application for attorney’s fees under the Equal Access to
`
`Justice Act. The Court, upon its own motion, referred Petitioner’s application for attomey’s fees to
`
`a special master under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 48. The special master issued a report
`
`and recommendation recommending that the Court award Petitioner attorney’s fees in the amount
`
`of $757,3 12.44 and expenses in the amount of $85,861 .23, for a total of $843,173.67.
`
`The Court ADOPTS the special master’s report and recommendation and GRANTS
`
`Petitioner’s application for attorney’s fees and expenses in the amounts recommended by the
`
`special master’s report and recommendation.
