`O R D E R
`Costco Wholesale Corporation moves unopposed to
`withdraw as appellee in Appeal Nos. 2017-2122, -2123,
`-2124, -2241 and Appeal No. 2018-1482. The court also
`considers whether to consolidate Appeal Nos. 2017-2122,
`-2123, -2124, -2239, -2241 and Appeal No. 2018-1482.
`Upon consideration thereof,
`IT IS ORDERED THAT:
`
`(1) Costco’s motions to withdraw are granted, and the
`
`above-captioned appeals are consolidated. The revised
`official caption and short caption are reflected above.
`
`(2) The stay is lifted.
`
`(3) The certified list in 2018-1482 is due no later than
`March 7, 2018. Bosch should calculate the due date of its
`opening brief from the date of filing of the certified list in
`2018-1482.
`
`(4) The Director of the United States Patent and
`Trademark Office has already intervened in 17-2239. No
`later than 30 days from the date of filing of this order, the
`Director is directed to inform this court whether he in-
`tends to participate as an intervenor in the other above-
`captioned appeals.
