`Pursuant to Federal Circuit Rules 27 and 47.3(b), Appellee Apple Inc.

`(“Apple”) respectfully seeks leave to enter an amended Entry of Appearance
`
`including the appearance of Kevin J. Post (“Mr. Post”) as counsel on behalf of
`
`Apple. As set forth in the accompanying declaration of counsel, there is good cause
`
`to grant this Motion because Mr. Post has established familiarity with the issues,
`
`facts, and briefing in this matter. See Declaration of Kevin J. Post, ¶ 3.

`Pursuant to Federal Circuit Rule 27(a)(2), counsel for Apple conferred by

`email with counsel for Appellant BillJCo, LLC (“BillJCo”), and counsel for BillJCo

`responded that BillJCo does not oppose this Motion.
