`Appellant has filed an unopposed motion (Dkt. 69) to hold this appeal in
`
`abeyance pending completion of a rulemaking by the California Office of
`
`Environmental Health Hazard Assessment. The motion is GRANTED. The oral
`
`argument schedule in this case is vacated, and further proceedings are stayed
`
`pending the completion of the rulemaking described in Appellant’s motion. The
`
`parties shall jointly file a report every 60 days on the status of the rulemaking.
`
`Within 30 days of the completion of the rulemaking, the parties shall each file a
`
`supplemental brief of up to 10 pages discussing the implications of the rulemaking,
`
`if any, on this case.
