`and The Board of Trustees of The Leland Stanford Junior University (“Stanford”), do not believe
`a hearing is necessary to address their Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 52), and are willing to waive oral
`argument on the Motion. However, if the Cout is inclined to hold a hearing on the similarly situated
`motions filed by other defendants (See Dkt. 61), then MIT and Stanford would request to join that
`hearing, which the Court has reset to Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon

`thereafter as it may be heard. (Notice of Correction dated September 12, 2025).
