`
`ORDER
`
` This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Disclosure of Evidentiary
`Validation Systems [Dkt. No. 30] (“Motion”). This matter can be resolved without oral
`argument, as such argument would not aid the decisional process. Upon consideration of the
`Motion and Defendant Meta Platforms, Inc.’s Opposition to this Motion [Dkt. No. 62], it is
`hereby
` ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion is DENIED as premature. The Motion is denied as
`premature because discovery has not commenced in this case and a motion to compel is a
`discovery motion. Discovery begins when the District Judge issues a Scheduling Order and
`currently there is no Scheduling Order in this case. Until there is a Scheduling Order, FED. R.
`CIV. P. 34, which governs document production during discovery does not apply.
`The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to Plaintiff and all counsel of record.
` ENTERED this 15th day of September 2025.
