`ORDER
` This matter comes before the Court on its own motion. On March 21, 2025, this
`Court stayed all proceedings in this case, pending resolution of the inter partes review
`proceedings instituted by Defendant Google LLC (“Defendant” or “Google”) as to two
`patents at issue in the present litigation. Order, ECF No. 84. On August 13, 2025,
`Plaintiff SoundClear Technologies LLC (“Plaintiff” or “SoundClear”) filed a Notice
`indicating that on August 4, 2025, the United States Patent and Trademark Office
`(“USPTO”) denied the petitions for inter partes review filed by Google. Notice, ECF
`No. 85. On November 12, 2025, SoundClear filed a second Notice, indicating that on
`November 3, 2025, the Director of the USPTO denied Google’s request for director
`review. Notice, ECF No. 86. SoundClear therefore requests that the Court lift the
`previously imposed stay and consider the motions pending before the Court.

`1 SoundClear additionally requests that this Court “set a date for hearing to set a
`case schedule.” Notice at 2, ECF No. 86. That request is DENIED . The Court will
`hold a Rule 16(b) scheduling conference following resolution of Defendant’s pending
`Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 13), as is its normal practice.

`The previously imposed stay in this matter, including on Defendant’s Motion
`to Dismiss (ECF No. 13), Defendant’s Motion to Transf er Case (ECF No. 38), and
`Plaintiff’s Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Order (ECF No. 82), is hereby LIFTED.
`The Clerk is DIRECTED to reinstate the aforementioned motions, ECF Nos. 13, 38,
`and 82, to the active docket. Plaintiff MAY file a reply to Defendant’s Response in
`Opposition to the Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Order (ECF No. 83) within six (6)
`days of this Order. The Clerk is REQUESTED to please forward a copy of this Order
`to all counsel of record.
