`This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Google LLC's (''Google") Consent

`to Complaint and LLC to File Responsive Pleadings Motion for Extension of Time for Google
`

`
`
`
`
`Memorandum in Support (the "Motion"). (ECF No. 12.) In the Motion, Google requests that the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`Court extend its deadline to respond to Plaintiff SoundClear Technologies LLC's Complaint,
`
`
`
`(ECF No. 1), from August 21, 2024 to September 30, 2024. (ECF No. 12, at 1.) Google
`
`
`
`
`
`represents that "Sound Clear has agreed to allow Google an extension of time through and
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`including September 30, 2024[.]" (ECF No. 12, at 1.)
`

`
`Upon due consideration, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b ), 1 and for good cause
`

`shown, the Court GRANTS the Motion. (ECF No. 12.) Google SHALL file its response
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`1 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b) states, in relevant part:

`court may, for good cause, extend the time:
