`No. 1:24-cv-01283-AJT-WBP, ECF No. 63 (E.D. Va. Nov. 8, 2024) invalidating U.S. Patent Nos.

`9,223,487; 11,069,337; and 11,244,675 based on patent ineligibility under 35 U.S.C. § 101. Judge
`
`Trenga’s Order, attached as Exhibit 1, invalidates the patent claims asserted in this case, and
`
`relates to Google’s pending Motion to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 16 and 17).
