`In accordance with the Court’s order dated April 18, 2025 (Dkt. 51) granting Google’s
`unopposed motion to stay pending inter partes review (“IPR”), Plaintiff SoundClear
`Technologies, LLC (“SoundClear”) and Defendant Google LLC (“Google™), by and through
`their respective counsel of record, hereby submit this Joint Status Report regarding the status of
`the IPRs against the patents-in-suit in this case at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
`(“USPTQO”) filed by Google and a third party (Amazon). The IPRs are ongoing. The parties
`provide the status of the IPRs challenging each patent below.
`
`1. U.S. Patent No. 11,069,337 - ongoing IPRs.
`
`a. Amazon filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-00565 against the *337 patent
`on January 31, 2025. The USPTO instituted Amazon’s petition on August 27, 2025. This IPR
`
`proceeding remains ongoing.

`b. Google filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-01123 against the *337 patent on
`June 12, 2025. Google moved to withdraw its petition in [PR2025-01123 on October 7, 2025.
`
`C. Google filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-01597 against the *337 patent on
`September 29, 2025. Google filed a motion to join its new petition to Amazon’s petition
`(IPR2025-00565) on September 29, 2025. This IPR proceeding remains ongoing.
`
`2. U.S. Patent No. 11,244,675 - ongoing IPRs.
`
`a. Amazon filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-00673 against the *675 patent
`on February 27, 2025. The USPTO instituted Amazon’s petition on October 2, 2025. This IPR
`proceeding remains ongoing.
`
`b. Google filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-01177 against the *675 patent on
`July 14, 2025. This IPR proceeding remains ongoing.
`
`C. On October 16, 2025, Google indicated to SoundClear that it planned to
`file a motion to withdraw its IPR petition in IPR2025-01177, file a new petition similar to
`Amazon’s petition in [PR2025-00673, and file a motion to join that newly filed petition to
`IPR2025-00673. SoundClear had previously indicated to Google that it would not oppose those
`filings if Google were to make them.
`
`3. U.S. Patent No. 9,223,487 - ongoing IPR.
`a. Amazon filed an IPR petition in IPR2025-01368 against the 487 patent
`
`on July 30, 2025. This IPR proceeding remains ongoing.
