`The petition for probating estate and for letters of administration and non-intervention

`powers has been presented on behalf of Anne Christopher. The Court finds:

`The decedent died on August 10, 2020 a resident of Thurston county, and left an estate
`
`subject to the jurisdiction of this court;
`
`2.
`
`The decedent died intestate.
`
` 3. The Administrator to be appointed shall act without bond;
`
`4. Anne Christopher is qualified and willing to act as Administrator;
`
`5. No advance notice of the hearing on those portions of this petition that relate to nonin-
`
`tervention powers is required under RCW 11.68 because the Administrator is the dece-
`
`dent's surviving sister, decedent was unmarried, and decedent had no issue; and
`
`6. No special notice has been requested under RCW 11.28.240.

`
`4. No advance notice of the hearing on this petition for nonintervention powers is required
`
`under RCW 11.68 or under RCW 11.28.240; and
`
`5. Anne Christopher, the Administrator, is granted nonintervention powers and is author-
`
`ized to manage and settle the decedent's estate without further intervention of the court,
`
`except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
