`The Patents-in-Suit reflect some of Mr. Flick's inventions in the field. Mr. Flick

`has assigned all of his rights to the inventions claimed in the Patents-in-Suit to Omega, which

`device, said controller for cooperating with said vehicle position
`determining device and said wireless communications device to
`send vehicle position information to a user.

`For example, the Compustar 4900S is bundled with the
`Dronemobile and is advertised as being Blade-compatible. The
`controller of the Compustar 4900S is the CM900S, which includes
`a slot '"to use the Blade-AL and Blade-TB modules from Firstech
`and ADS." The CM900S is also designed to operate with the
`iDatalink bypass motion via the CN 6 connector. 10 When used with
`the Blade module or the iDatalink, the Compustar 4900S bundle
`includes a multi-vehicle compatible controller for cooperating with
`said vehicle position determining device and said wireless
`communications device to send vehicle position information.

`For example, the ADS ALCA(RS) is compatible with the
`Dronemobile and, when combined, provides a multi-vehicle
`compatible controller for cooperating with said vehicle position
`determining device and said wireless communications device to
`send vehicle position information. The ALCA(RS) is the 'industiy
`standard 'all-in-one' CAN interface module. Web-programmable
`for over 4000 vehicles 1997 to date including exclusive KLON
`firmware applications. Features single-wire connection to all
`Firstech controllers. "11 Using the TL 7 firmware, the ALCA(RS) is
`connected to the proper wires to the OBDII connector. 12

`For example, the CMBMXA0 is compatible with the Dronemobile
`and, when combined, provides a multi-vehicle compatible

`position information. As shown in the installation manual, the

`least one operable vehicle device and connected to the vehicle data
`bus so that the vehicle data bus extends from said controller to the
`at least one operable vehicle device, said controller for cooperating
`with said vehicle position determining device and said wireless
`communications device to send vehicle position information to a
`user.
`
`For example, the Compustar 4900S is bundled with the
`Dronemobile and is advertised as being Blade-compatible. The
`controller of the Compustar 4900S is the CM900S, which includes
`a slot '"to use the Blade-AL and Blade-TB modules from Firstech
`and ADS." The CM900S is also designed to operate with the
`iDatalink bypass motion via the CN6 connector.22 Whether used
`with the Blade module or the iDatalink, the Compustar 4900S
`bundle includes a controller spaced apart from the at least one
`operable vehicle device and connected to the vehicle data bus so
`that the vehicle data bus extends from said controller to the at least
`one operable vehicle device for cooperating with said vehicle
`position determining device and said wireless communications
