`We, Rohit Jnagal and Venkatesh Babu Chitlur Srinivasa, both citizens of India,

`(hereinafter called “ASSIGNORS”), for good and valuable consideration, the
`
`receipt and adequacyof which are hereby acknowledged, have assigned and
`do hereby assign to 3 Leaf Systems, Inc., a corporation, having a mailing
`
`address at 3255-1 Scott Boulevard, Suite 200, Santa Clara, CA 95054 (hereinafter
`
`called “ASSIGNEE"), ifs successors, assigns and legal representatives, the entire
`
`right, title and interest in and to all subject matter invented by us and disclosed
`in the United States patent application,filed concurrently herewith, executed by
`us on the respective dates indicated below, and entitled “Quality of Service in
`
`Virtual Computing Environments”, including the right to claim priority rights
`
`deriving from said United States patent application by virtue of US law and any
`
`International Convention, plus the entire right, title and interest in and to any and
`all letters patent which claim priority therefrom and may be granted in the
`United States of America and its territorial possessions and in any and all foreign
`
`countries, and in any and all divisions, reissues and continuations of any such
`
`patents, said applications and letters patents issuing from said application to be
`
`held and enjoyed by ASSIGNEEforifs use and benefit and ofits successors and
`assigns as fully and entirely as the same would have been held and enjoyed by
`
`ASSIGNORS had this assignment, transfer and sale not been made.
`
`ASSIGNORS hereby authorize and request the Commissioner of Patents and
`
`Trademarks of the United States, and comparable officials in foreign countries to
`issue or grant all letlers patent from these applications to ASSIGNEE. ASSIGNORS
`
`agree to execute all instruments and documents required for the making and
`
