`This is responsive to the issuance of United States Patent No. 10,472,938 (“the
`
`938 patent’) issued November 12, 2019. Patent Owner respectfully submits that the
`
`938 patent includes errors on behalf of the Office and requests expedited issuance of a
`
`Certificate of Correction for correcting the mistakes.
`
`In support of this Request and
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 1.322, Patent Owneris submitting withthis letter:
`
`1) an annotated copy of the ’938 patent as issued;
`
`2) a copy of the Amendment and Request for Reconsideration (“Amendment’),
`
`including Amendments to the Claims, filed May 21, 2019 in U.S. Application No.
`
`16/539,540 (“the ’540 Application”) that matured into the ’938 patent;
`
`3) a copy of the Notice of Allowance and Notice of Allowability mailed
`
`September 11, 2019 for the °540 Application;
`
`4) a true and correct copy of the Application Data Sheet dated March 20, 2019 for
`
`the °540 Application;
`
`5) a true and correct copy of the Filing Receipt mailed April 9, 2019 for the ’540
`
`Application; and,
`
`6) PTO form SB/44 identifying the subject mistakes for correction.

`issued patent contain inconsistencies with respect

`to the listing of claims in the

`Amendmentfiled May 21, 2019, to which the Notice of Allowability was responsive.

`Forat least the reasons expressed above and apparent from the attached materials,
`
`Patent Ownerrespectfully requests prompt issuance of a Certificate of Correction for the
`
`’938 patent.

`Nofee is believed due. However, Patent Owner authorizes the Commissioner to
`
`charge any deficiency to Deposit Account Number 600151, with reference to the above-
`
`referenced attorney docket number.
