`In response to the Ex Parte Quayle Office Action dated August 22, 2019,
`
`Applicant requests reconsideration based on the amendments herein andat least the
`
`following remarks.
`
`The specification and drawings have been amendedto obviate the objections
`
`thereto. No new matter has been introduced by the amendment.
`
`Applicant respectfully submits that the claim as presented herein is in condition
`
`for allowance.
`
`Objection-Drawings
`
`The drawingsare objected to because of informalities stated on pages 2-3 of the
`
`Office Action.
`
`In response, Applicant respectfully notes that FIG. 3 has been amendedto be
`
`corrected to be consistent with FIGS. 1 and 2.
`
`Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the above objections to the drawings
`
`be withdrawn.
`
`Objection-Specification
`
`The specification is objected to for the reasons stated on page 3 of the Office
`
`Action.
`
`In response, Applicant respectfully notes that the specification has been amended
`
`to changethe figures 2 description and the broken line statement, as suggested by the
`
`Examiner.
`
`Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the above objection to the
`
`specification be withdrawn.
