`“FLOMARKER”. which I now understand has been abandoned. Tex—Tenn Corporation
`apparently received a letter concerning this trademark which never reached me. The
`Serial number is 78079607; and I am enclosing the form for payment by credit card
`in the amount of $100.00.

`Because I never received the mail regarding the trademark, it was unintentional that it
`was abandoned; and it is important that we revive it before the deadline ofNovember 23,
