`This is an interactive feature on PDM. It allows the end-user to directly communicate with Phia. The end-
`user would use comments to request language changes or modifications. The scope of the comments
`function is to request custom language, and is not to be used as a tool to request consulting.

`Should a comment relate to a consulting question, the end—user will be notified and further actions will be
`taken to ensure an additional charge is approved for the consulting matter. Comments are for Phia to
`make “post-merge” changes.

`How to Post, View and Edit
`
`Step 1: Within “Client Group Warehouse” screen, click on “Post” link.
`Step 2: Write comment and click save.
`Step 3: Within “Client Group Warehouse” screen, click on “Comments” link.
`Step 4: View comment.
