`The applicant stated in the response the mark is a play on the terms “EYE” and “ON” and suggests keeping and “eye on” the progress of the
`healing of the wound.(cid:160) However the applicant did not specifically address the question.(cid:160) Failure to comply with a request for information can be
`grounds for refusing registration.(cid:160) In re AOP LLC, 107 USPQ2d at 1651; In re DTI P’ship LLP , 67 USPQ2d at 1701-02; TMEP §814.
