`Instructions will teach students the solid fundamentaLs of Elmarksmanship pertaining to proficient operation of the scoped
`rifle. Students will learn how to effectively judge and estimate distance, read wind, use of the common reticules, shooting

`through manipulation of their optic systems. Upon completing this course, students will be able to effectively engage targets
`at various distances.
