`Scott, by and through their respective legal counsel, in settlement of the above-captioned Tax

`Court action, that the valuations for the subject property located in the County of Scott, State of

`Minnesota are as hereinafter set forth (“Valuations”).

`IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the Valuations are inclusive of any reduction for

`
`books and records of the County; that refunds to Petitioner shall be computed with interest as
`
`provided by Minnesota Statutes section 278.08, from the filing date of the petition or the date of
`
`payment, whichever is later, to the date of the refunds; and that judgment shall be entered
`
`accordingly without prior notice or hearing. Petitioner’s refunds, if any, shall be sent to
`
`Petitioner’s legal counsel at the address set out below.
