`On September 17, 2021, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (hereinafter “Plaintiff’), by and
`throughits attorneys fo record, Rubin & Rothman, LLC, by Natalie Donadson, Esq., filed a
`motion pursuant to CPLR § 3212, seeking Summary Judgment against Ms Diane L Compani
`(hereinafter “Defendant”). On October 25, 2021, Defendant, by and through her attorneys of
`record, Kouray & Kouray, by Steven X. Kouray, Esq., filed Opposition to the motion.
`
`NOW, THEREFORE,upon reading the Affirmation of Natalie Donaldson, Esq., dated
`September 17, 2021; the Affidavit of Amy Wingo, dated August 19, 2021, with Exhibits; and
`Affirmation of Steven X. Kouray, Esq., dated October 18, 2021; it is hereby
`
`ADJUDGEDthatthe Plaintiff has established its entitlement to judgment as a matter of
`law and Defendant has not submitted any evidence in admissible form, sufficient to raised an
`issue of material fact; it is therefore
`
`ORDERED,that Plaintiff’s motion is hereby grantedin its entirety and Plaintiff is
`entitled to Judgment as a matter of law in the amount of $34, 442.99, plus costs and
`disbursements ofthis action; andit is further
`
`ORDERED,that the Clerk of the County of Montgomery is dhereby directed to enter
`Judgment consistent with this Order, upon Plaintiff’s filing of a Judgment Roll, pursuantto
`CPLR § 5017.
