`Petitioner’s Motion for
`Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10
`
`1 This order addresses issues that are common to each referenced case. We,
`therefore, issue a single order that has been entered in each case. The parties
`may use this style caption when filing a single paper in multiple
`proceedings, provided that such caption includes a footnote attesting that
`“the word-for-word identical paper is filed in each proceeding identified in
`the caption.”

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, Petitioner filed a motion to withdraw
`its current counsel, Kristan L. Lansbery, David R. Marsh, and William Z.
`Louden of Arnold & Porter LLP. Paper 17, 2.2 Petitioner seeks the
`withdrawal so that it may be represented by Matthew A. Smith, as lead
`counsel, and Keeley I. Vega, as back-up counsel, both of Turner Boyd. Id.
`Petitioner represents that its new counsel meet the requirements of
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10. Id. at 3. According to Petitioner, Patent Owner does not
`oppose the motion. Id. at 4.

`ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution
`of Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Kristan L. Lansbery, David R. Marsh,
`and William Z. Louden shall be considered withdrawn as counsel for
`Petitioner, and that Matthew A. Smith and Keeley I. Vega will be recognized
`as lead and back-up counsel, respectively, for Petitioner in the instant
`proceedings, effective once Petitioner files, within five business days of this
`Order, a Power of Attorney listing its new counsel, and updated mandatory
`notice information listing its new counsel, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall update its counsel
`information in the Patent Review Processing System accordingly.
