`In each of the proceedings identified above, Patent Owner has filed a
`Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Jonathan T. Suder and a declaration
`in support of that motion. Paper 6; Ex. 2001.1 Patent Owner has also filed a
`Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Mark D. Strachan and a declaration
`in support of that motion. Paper 7; Ex. 2002. Petitioner has not filed an
`opposition to either motion. After reviewing Patent Owner’s motions and
`the supporting declarations, Patent Owner’s motions are granted.
`
`Accordingly, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions for pro hac vice admission
`
`are granted, and Messrs. Suder and Strachan are authorized to represent
`Patent Owner as back-up counsel in IPR2015-01749, IPR2015-01755, and
`IPR2015-01795;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Suder and Strachan shall comply
`with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice
`for Trials, as set forth in Title 37, Part 42 of the Code of Federal
`Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Suder and Strachan are subject to
`the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et
`seq.
`
