`As authorized by the Notice of Filing Date Accorded to the Petition
`
`(Paper 3), Boston Scientific Scimed, Inc., (“Patent Owner”) filed three
`motions: (1) “Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Marc A. Cohn”
`(Paper 12); (2) “Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Matthew M. Wolf”
`(Paper 13); and (3) “Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Edward Han”
`(Paper 14).1 Patent Owner represents that Petitioner does not oppose the
`Motions. Paper 12, 9; Paper 13, 9; Paper 14, 9.
`Patent Owner’s Motions are granted. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c); see
`also Unified Patents, Inc. v. Parallel Iron, LLC, IPR2013-00639, Order
`Authorizing Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission, Paper 7 (October 15,
`2003) (setting forth requirements for pro hac vice admission).2
`It is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions for pro hac vice admission
`are granted, and Mr. Cohn, Mr. Wolf, and Mr. Han are authorized to
`represent Patent Owner as back-up counsel in IPR2017-00060;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in this inter partes review proceeding;
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Cohn, Mr. Wolf, and Mr. Han are to
`comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of
`
