`Inc., moves for authorization of Nigel G. Ray to withdraw as back-up
`counsel for Petitioner (Paper 231, “Motion”). The Motion states it is
`unopposed. The Motion is granted. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e).
`It is:
`ORDERED that Nigel G. Ray may withdraw as back-up counsel for
`Petitioner;
`FURTHER ORDERED that a registered practitioner must remain as
`lead counsel throughout these proceedings.
