`Conduct of Proceeding
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5(a)

`
`
`
`IPR2017-00609 (Patent 6,970,553 B1)
`IPR2017-00616 (Patent 6,798,876 B1)
`
`
`According to the scheduling orders, Patent Owner’s responses to the
`petitions in IPR2017-00609 and IPR2017-00616 were due October 13, 2017.
`IPR2017-00609 Paper 13, 8; IPR2017-00616 Paper 11, 8. That date has
`now passed and Patent Owner 24/7 Customer, Inc. has not filed a response
`in either case. Because it appears merits briefing in these cases is now
`complete, the parties should advise the Board via email at
`Trials@USPTO.GOV, by November 16, 2017, if there is any reason the
`Board should not proceed to issue final written decisions without additional
`briefing or an oral argument.
