`Granting Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Bill Trac
`37 C.F.R. §§ 42.10
`
`On April 6, 2018, Patent Owner filed a Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Bill Trac. Paper 35. The Motion was accompanied by a
`Declaration of Mr. Trac. Ex. 2023. The Motion does not state whether it is
`unopposed, but Petitioner filed no opposition.
`Having reviewed the Motion and supporting Declaration, good cause
`exists for granting admission pro hac vice to Mr. Trac. The Motion is
`granted subject to the following conditions.

`It is hereby:
`ORDERED that Mr. Trac is authorized to represent Patent Owner in
`this proceeding as back-up counsel only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) business days of the
`date of this Order, Patent Owner must submit a Power of Attorney for Mr.
`Trac in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b);
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner must file an updated
`mandatory notice identifying Mr. Trac as back-up counsel in accordance
`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3);
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Trac is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, and shall be
`subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a),
`and the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R.
`§§ 11.101 et seq.
